Basmati Rice - 1 cup
Bay leaves - just 1 would do
Cashews - 8
Ghee - 4 to 5tbsp
Red Chillies - 2
Cumin seeds - 2 tsp
How to Cook:
Wash and soak rice for 15 minutes. Drain and cook well in an open pan
Heat ghee,Add bay leaves, Cashews,cumin seeds..roast it well
Now add rice,add 2tsp ghee,add salt and mix well..
Finally Fry some curry leaves in 1tsp ghee and mix it with the rice
If u want u can add some crushed pepper powder and cumin seeds powder a pinch.This will give a little spicy taste.U can also buy these powder at the store and or even use a home made powder..But make sure the powder smells fresh and good..
