Well cooked Thoor Daal(Red Gram Lentils) with salt and some seasonings
Thoor Dal- 1/2 cup
Water - 1cup
Ghee - 1tsp
How to Cook:
Wash the thoor dal and Pressure cook(for 3 whistles) the thoor dal with 1 cup of water.
Season the thoor dal with mustard seeds,cumin seeds,a pinch of asafoetida and add some salt..
Serve hot with hot plain rice with 1 tsp of ghee
